Via the Available Shifts Page you can view all "Open Shifts" on your published schedule.

You can also view any shifts that your employees have put: 1. "Up For Grabs" or 2. "Up For Trade" via the corresponding tabs.

3. Pick the shift up by clicking "Pick up Shift".
